Wheel Loader ZL60EV

ZL60EV is a heavy-duty 6-ton electric wheel loader designed for high-intensity operations in mining, quarrying, port handling, and large-scale infrastructure projects.

Powered by dual permanent magnet synchronous motors, including a 200 kW travel motor and a 140 kW hydraulic motor, the machine is also equipped with a high-capacity LFP battery system. It delivers a maximum breakout force of 175 kN and a traction force of 171 kN, matching the performance of conventional diesel loaders while achieving zero on-site emissions and significantly lower operating costs.

With 4–8 hours of operation per charge, intelligent electronic control, and integrated thermal management, this heavy-duty wheel loader ensures stable performance under demanding conditions. Engineered for global deployment, it combines a heavy-duty structural design with advanced electric-drive technology to provide a reliable and sustainable solution for modern material handling operations.
