LTU60C asphalt paver is a machine designed for the construction of highway, urban road, plaza, and parking lots etc. by using the asphalt mixture.

Equipped with double hydraulic extension screed and the automatic leveling sensing unit, this machine is driven by both the mechanical and hydraulic system. The road by using the LTU60C asphalt paver features good leveling and high density. The advanced wearable material is made into the vulnerable parts to secure safe operation of our construction machine.

Drive System
The whole machine is driven by both the mechanical and hydraulic system. The flywheel end of engine is connected to the gearbox while the front end of the engine is connected to the split flow pumps which are used to supply power to the following components or operations.
1. Crawler traveling device
2. Conveyor and auger
3. Tamper and vibrating device
4. Up and down movement of screed; overturning of hopper; operation of cylinders

Traveling Device
The traveling device comprises gear box, high and low ratio transfer case, traveling clutch, etc. The driven chain wheel can power the crawler.

Weight Bearing Mode
The weight bearing mode is equipped with two crawlers whose patches are fitted with rubber. The ground touching area of each crawler reaches 2672×300mm.

Steering system
The hydraulic cylinder drives the traveling clutch. The brake can make the machine turn at original place.

Hopper
The hopper driven by the hydraulic cylinder has 10 tons capacity and can be used to entirely discharge the materials.

Push Roller
The roller can push the truck rear wheels by swinging.

Conveyor
The left conveyor and right conveyor run independently while the clutch is controlled by the hydraulic cylinder.

Feeder System
This system uses the screw or auger. The blades of the screw are crafted from high wearable material and are easy to be replaced.

Electrical System
The system is equipped with two batteries. The voltage of this system is 24V.

Canopy
The canopy is made up of steel tube and cloth.

Automatic Leveling Sensors
It has two longitudinal leveling sensing units used for automatic longitudinal adjustment.

This LTU60C asphalt paver mainly uses the asphalt and roller-compacted concrete (RCC) to pave the various roads including expressway, urban road, high grade road, the runway of airport, plaza and park.

Performance
1. This asphalt paver uses the 55KW Quancai engine from Anhui in China which can provide strong and reliable power and can be started even in low temperature condition.

2. The L/R conveyor and auger all run independently and can be easily operated. The auger can be mechanically extended. The blade of the auger is made of wearable material and can be conveniently replaced to ensure its long service life.

3. This machine can provide wide eyeshot and there is a removable operating platform. All the control elements are installed on the operating platform which makes this machine feature easy operation. Then the LTU60C asphalt paver can work efficiently and the pavement is of high quality.

4. The automatic leveling sensing units mounted on the LTU60C asphalt paver make the pavement reach the demand of high-grade road smoothness which is within 3mm/3m. This machine can be controlled timely and conveniently. The invalid filling of asphalt can be effectively prevented to reduce the construction cost.

5. The screed can be steplessly extended according to the paving status, which saves the assembling time for the screed width adjustment.

6. The crawler device features strong strength, durability and strong traction force. The thrust wheel of crawler uses the floating and height adjustable structure, ensuring its stable travel. Then the pavement surface can keep smooth even if the road base is unsmooth. The crawler device comprises the forever lubricated thrust wheel and rubber crawler.

7. The fuel oil electrical cleaning system makes the cleaning wok easier and reduces the work intensity.

8. The electric system adopts advance technology. All the controlled components and wire connecting according to circuit diagram so that the errors can be immediately found and solved.
