The CLPS95V versatile paver, developed by our company, is an ideal machine for paving highway base and surface. This construction machine absorbs the advanced technology of foreign machine and features high automation, easy operation, as well as high efficiency.
Driven by the hydraulic system, our machine is configured with mechanically pieced screed, vibrator and double tampers. Swing of tamper can be adjusted. CLPS95V versatile paver can lay the road with good leveling and high density. The advanced wearable material is made into the machine's vulnerable parts to make sure good performance.

Driving System
The whole machine is driven by the hydraulic system. The engine
is connected to gearbox and can drive all the hydraulic pumps to supply
power to the components as follows.
1. Left & right crawlers traveling devices
2. Left & right conveyors
3. Left & right feeders
4. Double tampers
5. Vibrating devices
6. Hopper overturning, screed up & down, screed extension & withdrawal, pivot cylinder
Traveling Device
The crawlers are driven by independent hydraulic system and are
controlled by the microcomputer. The traveling device comprises variable
motor and planet speed reducer of big ratio which are connected to each
other as a whole and installed in the drive hub.
Weight Bearing Mode
Each crawler has ten lubrication-free bearing wheels and is
provided with power accumulator. The rubber patches can be replaced. The
touch area of each crawler is 3247*320mm.
Brake of Parking
The hydraulic normal-close disc brake is installed on each traveling planet speed reducer.
Steering
We can change the speed of the left and right crawler driving
wheels by turning potentiometer knob left or right to realize steering.
Hopper
This hopper capacity is up to 14 tons. Hopper overturning is
operated by hydraulic stroke cylinder for entire discharge.
Push Roller
This push roller can be used to push the truck rear wheels.
Conveyor System
The scraper is used to convey material. The conveyor soleplate is made of the imported wearable steel plate.
There is respective hydraulic driving system for each scraper
conveyor. This system consists of pump, motor, speed reducer and chain
transmission. The chain wheel drives the scraper to revolve.
The operation speed range of this machine is between 0 and
29m/min. The switches on the operations console help the realization of
manual operation while the supersonic material sensor helps the
realization of auto operation.
Feeder System
The blades of the screw feeder adopted by the system are
obtained from high wearable material and can be easily replaced.
There is respective closed hydraulic driving system for each
screw feeder. This feeder system consists of variable displacement pump,
motor, speed reducer and chain transmission. The screw is driven by the
chain wheel.
The operation speed of this system ranged from 0 to 100r/min.
The switches on the operations console can control the three-step speed
change. The supersonic material sensor helps the realization of the auto
operation.
Electrical System
The system is equipped with S11 controller from USA and two batteries. The voltage is 24V.
Automatic Leveling Units
Two imported longitudinal leveling units and one transverse
automatic leveling unit for the automatic adjustment of the longitudinal
and transverse level.

mode and is controlled by the microcomputer with digital display
diagnosis function.
The machine uses the integrative technique which combines
mechanical, electrical and hydraulic pressure drive mode. The two
crawlers have closed hydraulic driving systems respectively.

4. This machine adopts the high intensity screed, double tamper and vibrating device to ensure the paving efficiency.
5. The screed offers anti-sinkage function.
The screed does not sink while the machine pauses for material loading. This could avoid recess on the pavement.
6. This machine utilizes Germany BEKA-MAX centralized lubrication system.
7. All key parts of this machine are imported from abroad.
